How do I go about the customisation process?
Just shout us an email at tonibytonidesigns@gmail.com with some details about what you would like, some photos of your ideas, your postcode and timeframe. We’ll get back to you on whether or not we can complete your order.
What is the custom process?
After emailing us and we have approved your custom, order from our Etsy shop into your cart. Once payment has gone through, you’ll receive an email with a form. Fill this out and send back to tonibytonidesigns@gmail.com so we can get started. We’ll update you with digital drafts and once you approve these, we get started on modelling, painting and assembling. We will try our hardest to work with each other to create the best custom for you.
